Day 24: Cowardly Courage

We are obviously grateful for ice cream at our house. . .

maybe slightly more important, I am grateful for the opportunity to repent and change my wicked ways. To try and be better today than I was yesterday even if only in small measure. I am so grateful that our Savior always gives us the benefit of the doubt--especially when we feel we don't deserve it. It is depressing to think that I'll never get it 100% right in this life, but that the Savior will forgive me 100% of the time if I sincerely ask for a do-over and try again.

"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow."
-Mary Anne Radmacher

I'm grateful for courage today--even when I feel like the cowardly lion.
